I have spent 14+ years building, optimizing, and occasionally rescuing enterprise e-commerce platforms. Currently a Senior Solution Architect (Level D1) at OSF Digital, my focus is on making the complex accessible, designing resilient system architectures, and leading development teams without the ego.

I believe "it should work" has never fixed a production outage. Real-world solutions require bridging the gap between theoretical architecture and codebase realities, which is why I build ecosystem resources like Quizerva and SFCC Tales.

With my teams, I aim to absorb the production pressure rather than passing it down. I support and mentor developers actively, working to eliminate blame games and focus entirely on solving problems together.
